To facilitate the provision of Moojing products or services to you, we may store your communications when you contact us or when we contact you. Call logs and content may also be collected so that we can record the solutions and results of relevant issues to help you better resolve them.

Other Information means any information that will not and cannot be used to reveal your identity or other personal identification, such as information that has been completely and permanently anonymized and aggregated. We use this information to facilitate the operation of our website and for the other purposes described below.

1. Through Our Website

We collect information through our website, for example, when you request a free data sample, contact us, subscribe to our email newsletter, download product content (such as product white papers), or sign up for a trial of our software services.

When you download a report, contact us or request a trial or data sample, we use the details you enter to deliver what you asked for and to follow up on your interest. Submitting one of these forms does not add you to our mailing lists: each has a separate newsletter checkbox, which is unticked, and you are only subscribed if you tick it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.

2. Offline

We collect information from you offline, such as when you attend one of our events or contact a sales representative by phone.

3. Through You

When you voluntarily provide information, we collect information such as your location or your preferred method of communication. This information does not identify you or any other user of this site unless used in conjunction with personal information.

4. Information from Other Sources

To enhance our ability to provide you with relevant marketing, offers and services, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms and other third parties.

In particular:

• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms: if you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for one of our campaigns, LinkedIn shares the details you submitted with us.
• Lead enrichment: when you submit a form on our website for the first time, we send your email address to Apollo, which returns publicly available business information such as your company, job title and LinkedIn profile. We also look up the IP address of the submission with ipinfo to record the country and network it came from.

5. Through Your Browser or Device

When you access our website through your browser or device, certain information is automatically collected to enhance your browsing experience. This includes details such as your media access controls (MAC) address, computer specifications (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system details (name and version), device make and model, language, internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the site or application you are using.

Additionally, your "IP address," an automatic identifier assigned by your internet service provider (ISP) to the computer you're using, is recorded in our server log files along with the time of your visit and the specific pages you accessed. This standard practice helps us gauge site usage, diagnose server issues, and manage the overall functionality of the site.

It's important to note that IP address collection is a routine process conducted automatically by many websites, applications, and services. We utilize this information responsibly, adhering to privacy standards, to assess site engagement and address any technical issues that may arise.

Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies run by default on the basis of our legitimate interest, and you can object at any time by clicking Decline on our cookie banner.

Giving us your details in a form is voluntary, but we cannot respond to an enquiry or deliver a report without them.

3. Recipients

We share personal data with the following service providers, who process it for the purposes above:

• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads): analytics and advertising measurement.
• LinkedIn : the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion tracking and retargeting, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
• PostHog : product analytics and session recording, hosted in the EU.
• Cloudflare : content delivery, security, bot protection (Turnstile) and the country lookup we use to apply the right consent rules.
• Mailgun : delivery of transactional email, such as confirmations of your requests and report downloads.
• Loops : our marketing email and contact management, including the newsletter.
• Apollo and ipinfo : enrichment of enquiries with business and network information, as described in "Information from Other Sources" above.
• MCHAT : our own internal customer relationship system, run by Moojing, which our sales team uses to follow up your enquiry. It is not a third-party service.
• Our subsidiaries and affiliates, for the purposes described in this privacy statement.

4. International Transfers

We are based in Hong Kong, and several of our service providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your personal data is therefore transferred to Hong Kong, the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your own. 5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• We keep enquiry and lead records, including report download requests, for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and delete them on request.
• We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Cookies and browser storage are kept for the durations shown in the tables above, unless you delete them sooner.
• Analytics data is kept by Google, LinkedIn and PostHog in line with the retention settings of those services.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data rectified;
• have your data erased;
• restrict how we process your data;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format (data portability);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it. For cookies, use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer; for the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, the data protection authority of the EU or EEA country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place, or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
